Junior tournament - Sunday March 6 - Rules

CONDITIONS - PLEASE READ AND RETAIN
The committee shall have complete control of the Tournament and in any dispute their decision shall be final.
The TENNIS AUSTRALIA Code of Conduct, except as amended by the rules, shall apply to the tournament. This covers obscene language or gestures, abuse of the officials, abuse of racquets and hitting balls in anger, and after due advice and warning, a competitor may be defaulted.
Entry forms must be lodged with the Tournament Secretary by
Sunday the 20th of February, 2011.
Cheques or postal orders to be made payable to the Onkaparinga Tennis Association.
Competitors must be stipulated age or under as at 6/03/2011 and are eligible for the Junior Competition.
Competitors may enter a maximum of three events, provided there is one double and one single.
Players must be available at all times of the Tournament, from start to completion.
Events may be combined or cancelled when entries are insufficient, or format amended due to weather conditions or other circumstance as deemed appropriate by the committee.
The committee will endeavour to find doubles partners if asked to do so.
Format - 12, 14&U & Open matches will be 6 game set / 6 all tiebreaker 10 & U matches will be a 6 game set (no tiebreaker)
Clubs will be notified of the draw.
To find out the time of your first match ring the Tournament Secretary or your clubs junior coordinator. Players must be at courts at least 15 minutes before first time of play.
Forfeits may be awarded against players not ready to play within 15 minutes of the time set down.
Singles Plate events will run if sufficient time/entries. This is a consolation event for first round losers, in which finals are played, as per main draw.
