As per the feedback (thank you to those who took the time to do so), the favoured way to organise the teams of five players into four available spots each weekend is to have each player miss every fifth match.
The teams for this weekend are:

James, Nicole, Margaret, Georgia P
Saturday 23/10:
Division 6
Erin, Sunira, Georgia B, Elliott
Division 7
James, Nicole, Ashleigh, Georgia P
Saturday 30/10
Division 6
Erin, Liam, Georgia B, Elliott
Division 7
James, Nicole, Ashleigh, Margaret
I'm sorry that Erin and Ashleigh have to miss out on our first match. There was no easy way to do it so I drew names out of a hat.
Naturally if anyone is going to be away, let me know as far in advance as you can.
Thank you to those who have already advised me of some dates.
Soon I will incorporate a calendar into the blog so we can all keep track of matches, absences, matches missed etc.
